We're looking for a motivated, relationship-focused Comfort Advisor to help homeowners find the best heating and cooling solutions for their homes—not just sell equipment. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners to evaluate their heating, cooling, and indoor comfort needs. Listen first, educate second, and recommend solutions that truly fit each customer's home, lifestyle, and budget. Present equipment options, financing opportunities, and available promotions with honesty and professionalism. Prepare accurate estimates and proposals while clearly explaining the value of each recommendation. Build lasting relationships with customers through outstanding communication and follow-up. Work closely with our Service Technicians, Comfort Team (Installation), and office staff to provide a seamless customer experience from the first appointment through installation. Maintain organized records and follow up on open estimates. Represent Lake Effect Heating & Cooling with professionalism, integrity, and pride in our community. What We're Looking For Sales experience is preferred, especially in HVAC, home improvement, construction, or in-home sales. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A genuine desire to help customers make informed decisions without high-pressure sales tactics. Self-motivated, organized, and driven to achieve personal and team goals. Comfortable using tablets, computers, and CRM software. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends as customer schedules require.
