We're looking for a Sales Representative to join our small, family owned insurance agency. We're a close knit team that values hard work, honesty, personal relationships, and taking care of the people we serve. This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, building relationships, and helping customers find coverage that fits their needs. Insurance experience is not required. We'll provide the training and support needed to get you started!

What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain lasting client relationships
• Talk with prospective and existing clients about their insurance needs
• Identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions
• Follow up with leads and develop new business
• Help clients understand their coverage and options
• Provide a friendly, professional experience from the first conversation forward

Compensation:

$30,000 Base Salary +
