Job Description

Manufacturing Facility Lead Generator (Vending Machine Placement)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated individual to identify and connect with manufacturing facilities that may be interested in hosting our AI-powered vending machines. The ideal candidate will research potential locations, find decision-makers, and help secure introductions for vending machine placements.
Responsibilities:
Research manufacturing facilities in Southeast Michigan. Identify facilities that meet our placement criteria. Find and verify contact information for plant managers, HR managers, operations managers, or facility decision-makers. Reach out via phone, email, LinkedIn, or in-person visits. Track leads and communications in a spreadsheet or CRM. Schedule meetings or introductions with qualified prospects. Provide regular updates on outreach efforts and results.
Ideal Facility Criteria:
45+ employees on-site daily. Multiple work shifts preferred. Limited nearby food and beverage options. Break room or common area available. Consistent employee foot traffic throughout the day.
Territories:
Ann Arbor, MI Taylor, MI Romulus, MI Dearborn, MI Saline, MI What We Offer Facilities:
Modern AI Smart Cooler vending machines. Full restocking and maintenance. Snacks, drinks, sandwiches, healthy options, and unique food selections. No cost or management responsibilities for the facility.
Compensation:
Base pay and/or commission per qualified placement. Bonus opportunities for successful machine installations.
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills. Sales, lead generation, or business development experience preferred. Self-motivated and organized. Comfortable speaking with business decision-makers.
