Responsibilities:
Build relationships with land contract sellers nationwide to bid on the purchase of seller financed loans Accurately price and provide quotes to note holders to purchase notes Consistent follow up practices for signing up and closing seller-financed notes
Qualifications:
Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and sound judgment skills Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently Experience with loan sales or purchasing loans is a plus Employee benefits Medical
