Drive sales growth and consistently hit (and exceed) targets Build lasting relationships by understanding customer needs and lifestyles Guide customers through the entire buying experience—from first conversation to delivery Stay ahead of market trends and identify new opportunities Manage inventory, forecasting, and manufacturer relationships Keep our website and listings fresh and up to date Represent Elk Rapids Marina at major boat shows (Detroit, Grand Rapids, and local events) Collaborate with leadership and service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience Continue learning and mastering our evolving product lines What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset Ability to build and execute a sales strategy Comfortable analyzing data and tracking performance Professional presentation skills Boating & trailering experience preferred Organized and detail-oriented Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Willingness to travel and attend events (including some weekends) Bonus Points If You… Love boating, the water, or outdoor lifestyle Have prior sales experience (marine, automotive, or luxury goods is a plus) Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment This Isn't Just a Job… It's a chance to build a career in an exciting industry, meet incredible people, and be part of a marina that's pushing the boundaries of what boating can be.
