Job Description A client in the Flint MI area is seeking a Member Support Specialist for a contract to hire opportunity. The Member Support Specialist provides service and support to members and is responsible for retaining membership within assigned geographic areas by delivering excellent customer service and support. Key Responsibilities Provide ongoing support to members within the assigned geographic area Answer, manage, problem-solve, and respond appropriately to inquiries received by phone, email, and in person Collaborate with internal partners to provide effective support to parents and troop volunteers Provide first-level conflict resolution in accordance with organizational processes Use technology, including Salesforce and web-based video conferencing, to support members Use data-analysis software to track, organize, and analyze membership information Support the organization's overall customer-support plan, including assisting retail curbside customers when assigned Perform other duties as assigned We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
