The Sales Operations Coordinator serves as a key administrative and operational partner to the Sales team, acting as the primary liaison between Sales and Commercial Operations. This role supports Account Managers by owning customer-related processes, maintaining accurate customer and pricing information, facilitating internal communication, and ensuring timely execution of sales support activities. The position plays a critical role in helping Sales focus on customer engagement while ensuring operational processes are completed efficiently and accurately. Benefits Direct Hire Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (match up to 5%, plus an additional 3%, total 8%) Paid time off Annual Bonus eligible Tuition Assistance Job Tasks (Essential Duties & Responsibilities) Serve as the primary point of contact between Sales, Commercial Operations, Customer Service, Pricing, and other internal stakeholders. Support Account Managers by initiating and coordinating customer setup requests, customer record updates, pricing requests, and other administrative sales activities. Assist with gathering, tracking, and maintaining documentation required for customer onboarding, contract administration, pricing approvals, and compliance requirements. Coordinate customer and pricing record updates within SAP and monitor requests through completion. Partner with Customer Service and Commercial Operations to resolve customer, order, and pricing issues in a timely manner. Initiate and track sample requests on behalf of the Sales team, ensuring timely delivery and communication with customers. Monitor sales support workflows and follow up with internal departments to ensure requests are progressing according to established timelines. Maintain accurate customer, account, and sales-related records within SAP and other business systems. Assist in the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of sales processes and operational workflows. Generate and distribute reports, sales activity updates, and customer information as requested by management. Support special projects and initiatives that improve collaboration between Sales and Commercial Operations. Serve as a resource for Account Managers by helping navigate internal processes and escalating issues when necessary. Qualifications (Education, Experience, Licensures, and Certifications) Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Experience in sales support, customer service, commercial operations, sales administration, or a related business function preferred. SAP experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
