All Green Lawn Care is a growing lawn fertilization and weed control company seeking driven Inside Sales Representatives to generate new residential business primarily through outbound cold calling. This is a phone-focused sales role with strong earning potential for goal-oriented individuals who thrive in a performance environment. Position Overview As an Inside Sales Representative, you will prospect homeowners, educate them on our lawn care programs, and close seasonal service packages over the phone. Your primary focus will be outbound cold calls, lead follow-up, and re-engaging past customers. If you're energized by dialing, overcoming objections, and hitting targets, this role is built for you.
