Responsibilities Engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts including cold calling and outreach to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend suitable vehicles and upsell additional features or services effectively Negotiate deals confidently, ensuring mutual satisfaction while meeting dealership sales targets Manage inventory control and assist in inventory management to ensure availability of popular models and accessories Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain organized sales records Deliver compelling presentations and conduct public speaking engagements to promote high-end vehicle features and dealership offerings Provide exceptional customer service by guiding clients through the buying process, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events and developing strategies for retail sales growth Maintain professional phone etiquette when communicating with prospects and clients via outbound calls or follow-up inquiries Collaborate with sales management to develop strategies for retail math optimization and improve overall sales performance Experience Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales environments, preferably within a dealership setting Strong background in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or high-end sales is highly desirable Demonstrated success in negotiation, upselling, and closing deals effectively Familiarity with CRM software platforms used for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual or multilingual abilities) are a plus Experience with inventory management, inventory control, and retail math techniques Ability to perform cold calling, outbound sales activities, and public speaking engagements confidently Strong organizational skills combined with a proactive approach to customer service and deal closing processes Join us as an Automotive Salesperson where your energy fuels our success!
