Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and personable team member who is passionate about fitness, member engagement, and delivering exceptional customer service. This individual will help drive membership and personal training sales while creating a welcoming environment that keeps members engaged, motivated, and connected to our fitness community. Key Responsibilities Membership and personal training sales. Provide friendly, warm, and personable customer service by welcoming members and motivating them. Assist members with navigating the gym and demonstrating proper use of equipment and machines. Build strong relationships through ongoing member engagement and communication. Greet members upon arrival and departure to ensure they feel welcomed and valued. Help keep members informed about club programs, services, and events. Assist with capturing member engagement content for social media platforms.
