Role Looks Like:

This position starts in our retail showroom but is designed as a career fast-track into high-paying consulting and field sales. Phase 1 (The Showroom): You'll start by keeping the showroom organized, greeting walk-in clients, helping them browse our premium product displays (hardwood, waterproof laminate, LVP, and carpet), and capturing their information to book in-home consultation appointments. Phase 2 (The Field) : As your product training progresses, you will step up to handle showroom sales independently and eventually transition into field work—visiting client homes, taking measurements, and presenting design transformations. Friday:

12:00 PM

•5:00 PM (or 1:00 PM

•6:00 PM depending on availability)

Saturdays:

10:00 AM

•3:00 PM Compensation & "Small Win"

Incentives:

$17.00/hour steady base pay so your income is safe while you learn.
