Commission Only (Uncapped Earning Potential) About the Role We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our growing gutter services company. This is a commission-only position designed for someone who thrives on performance-based income and enjoys working directly with homeowners. You will travel to scheduled leads, perform on-site inspections, present tailored solutions, and close sales. We provide full sales training and support to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities Travel to qualified homeowner leads within a 50-mile radius of Grand Rapids Conduct thorough exterior inspections (gutter systems and related components) Identify customer needs and present appropriate product/solution options Deliver clear, professional estimates and proposals Close sales in a consultative, customer-focused manner Follow up with prospects as needed to secure agreements Maintain accurate records of appointments, notes, and sales activity Requirements Minimum 1 year of home improvement sales experience (roofing, siding, windows, gutters, remodeling, etc.) Strong communication and presentation skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Comfortable traveling to appointments Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Professional appearance and demeanor What We Offer Commission-only structure with uncapped earning potential Sales training and ongoing support Flexible scheduling Opportunity for growth within a fast-growing company High-quality leads provided Ideal Candidate You are confident, competitive, organized, and comfortable in a homeowner's environment.
