Job Description
We are seeking a driven, self-motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Insulation Commandos of Grand Rapids. In this role you will meet homeowners face-to-face, conduct full in-home insulation assessments, and guide customers toward energy-saving upgrades that lower their bills and improve comfort. We provide the leads and the training. You bring the hustle. This is a full-time, W-2 position with a base salary plus uncapped commission, offering serious earning potential for someone who loves to close. Our top reps earn $90K+ per year. DUTIES Meet homeowners in person to assess insulation needs (leads are provided) Conduct full home evaluations in attics, crawl spaces, and other areas Educate customers on the benefits of energy-saving insulation upgrades Build accurate estimates and present solutions that fit each home Close deals and follow up with prospects to move them to a decision Maintain clean records of leads, estimates, and job documentation in our CRM Represent the brand professionally and with integrity in every home
