Position Overview:

As a Sales Representative on our team, you'll be at the forefront of helping families and businesses secure their futures by offering personalized insurance and financial solutions. We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused professional who thrives on connecting with people, uncovering their needs, and delivering tailored protection plans. In this role, you'll contribute directly to our agency's success through proactive outreach, consultative selling, and building a loyal client base, all while representing the trusted State Farm brand!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, market products and services, and close sales.
  • Track activity, report progress, and meet production objectives.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success.
  • Generate exceptional client experiences that encourage repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:

  • Organized and Proactive in problem-solving.

  • P&C, Life and health licenses OR be willing to obtain (training provided).
