Sales Associate / Jewelry Repair Intake Specialist We are seeking a personable, detail-oriented Sales Associate / Repair Intake Specialist to join our fine jewelry team. This role blends customer service, sales support, and repair intake coordination—perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and appreciates craftsmanship, jewelry, and meaningful customer experiences. What you'll do: Welcome and assist customers in-store with professionalism and warmth Help guide customers through jewelry selections based on needs, style, and budget Intake and document jewelry repairs with accuracy and care Communicate repair expectations clearly to customers Coordinate with jewelers and repair partners on status updates Support sales goals while maintaining exceptional customer experience standards Keep display areas organized, clean, and visually appealing What we're looking for: Strong communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits Comfortable learning jewelry terminology and repair processes Prior retail or sales experience preferred (jewelry experience a plus, but not required) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Trustworthy, reliable, and professional What we offer: Supportive team environment Hands-on training in fine jewelry and repair processes Opportunity to grow product knowledge and sales skills A role where no two days are exactly the same If you enjoy working with people, take pride in accuracy, and appreciate beautiful craftsmanship, we'd love to meet you.
