What You'll Be Doing Identify and contact potential business clients through phone calls, email outreach, business to business canvassing and referrals. Learn about client needs and present staffing solutions that support their hiring goals. Assist in growing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities. Collaborate with team members to achieve company sales goals. What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable speaking with new people and building relationships. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required. Clean background and ability to pass a drug screen.
