Full time Position Purpose:
Create innovative design solutions for new construction and remodel projects focused primarily in the kitchen and bath. Plan the functional aspects and the visual look of kitchen spaces including the color, cabinets, countertops, back splashes and floor coverings. Use your skills to determine a client's project goals, prepare final plans, close the sale and create a project timeline. Core Role Expectations:

Introduce and sell all Standale's offerings, products & services. Generate, grow & maintain Builder, Commercial & Retail business for Standale Home Studio. Exceed sales goals as set by Standale Home Studio. Responsible for work accuracy including clearly communicating project status (both positive and negative) to the appropriate people along with your team members. Follow-up on all aspects of the design process including quote, order, install, and post install to ensure customer expectations are met. Able to time manage to ensure deadlines and project completion dates are met. High level of accuracy in both project design and administrative process. Attend scheduled department and store-wide meetings. Participate in continuous improvement activity involving policies, processes and procedures. Attend builder events and networking opportunities. Work retail hours on the sales floor, including some Saturday's. Be a team player by treating your co-workers with respect and assisting their customers if needed. Stay current on design trends including attending annual training events. Qualifications:
Experienced in 20/20 and other design software (3 years+) Positive and friendly demeanor toward every customer and coworker Strong communication skills - verbal and written Awareness and interest of the cabinet kitchen and bath industry Self-starter, quick learner, team player Physical Requirements:
Perform the position's physical functions with mobility and ease PURPOSE Manages sales, supply chain and sales support activities related to an assigned product or product line, including inventory, purchasing, delivering, and service in order to maximize revenues and profitability, especially in relation to competitor products. Conducts comparative analysis against competitors and provides strategic planning of product direction and features. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages assigned product or product line to ensure maximizing financial goals set by senior management. Tracks product line performance against competitors while keeping current on industry trends and new product development. Plans and manages sales efforts; oversees or initiates optimum purchasing schedule. Visits customers on job sites to initiate sales and provide technical and customer support. Develops short and long-range product line strategy plans including sales and profitability objectives and analysis of performance. Monitors inventory and coordinates purchase and receipt in addition to arranging for service, warranty activity and delivery. Develops and delivers product presentations and training to sales force and customers. Works closely with Logistics, Marketing, Purchasing and other support groups to optimize sales initiatives for assigned products or product lines. Analyzes consumer trends, channel dynamics and strategies that help maximize competitive edge in the marketplace. Drives value-added sales process, manages complex proposals and ensures highest level of customer satisfaction by interfacing with vendors and Probuild Holdings business units to ensure a seamless experience. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Five (5) years product sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
