This role focuses on driving sales performance while maintaining excellent customer service and a clean, safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers promptly and professionally as they arrive. Educate customers on wash packages, membership benefits, and promotional offers. Actively sell and sign up customers for unlimited wash memberships. Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals. Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times. Provide outstanding service by answering questions and resolving customer concerns. Assist with site duties such as loading vehicles, prepping cars, or maintaining supplies when needed. Support team members and management to ensure efficient operations.
