Job Description

Summary:
The inside sales representative is responsible for the care and account development of LTW Ergonomic Solutions' potential, new and existing customer base, responding promptly to expressed and anticipated product needs while ensuring a superior customer experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure superior customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management including post-sale. Consults with potential, new and existing customers to assess and understand product needs and system requirements. Evaluate and collaborate with internal team as to whether customer specifications are within the parameters of LTW product design. Complete all request for quotations (RFQ) timely with complete and accurate information. Secure parts quotes from vendor partners and external suppliers for up-to-date pricing in support of generating accurate RFQs. Stay abreast of margin changes, cost of goods, component/parts pricing updates, customer capital equipment planned expenditure and appropriately reflecting this in providing quotes. Be a liaison between LTW Ergonomic Solutions teams and the customer, from quoting through to design and production. Document communications, including all customer interaction, in the Company's ERP's Global Shop CRM and Outlook Tracker. Keep pulse on sales life cycle and related activities, including RFQs, conversion to sales orders, lost business and any customer or vendor challenges. Keep manager abreast of customer product order changes, upcoming orders and point-of-contact (POC) changes by customer organizations. Create and supply documents to job folder for job packet. Attend and actively participate in relevant meetings such as sales meetings, training, period forecasting. Maintain acceptable critical criteria STARs (Sure Tracking & Accountability Reporting) scoring. Collaborate with sales manager to develop and track individual/department sales goals and objectives. Maintain industry knowledge as a professional in the ergonomics industry in order to apply and align with customer needs. Other duties as assigned.

None. Education and/or
Experience:
Associate's degree in applied science, finance, marketing or related field. Two years of related professional experience. Consideration for equivalent combination of education and experience. Preference for mechanical aptitude and workplace ergonomics related certification. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/CRM systems. Preference for familiarity with Solid Works.

Physical Demands:

Work Environment:
Business travel up to 10%. Valid driver's license required.
