You'll be the first point of contact for our customers—providing the right parts, answering product questions, and making sure they get top-notch service. You'll also help manage inventory, process transactions, and keep things running smoothly at the counter. If you know your way around plumbing supplies and enjoy working with people, we'd love to connect with you. This is a hands-on role that requires plumbing knowledge or experience. Please note, this is not an administrative or traditional sales position. Responsibilities Handle cash and credit card payments accurately and efficiently. Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales counter, including restocking products as needed. Create invoices for customers, verifying accurate account and PO information. Properly pull and prepare orders for customer pick up. Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. Assist Purchasing team as needed. Qualifications Plumbing industry knowledge or experience is required. Product and application knowledge. Familiarity with stock management practices to maintain inventory levels. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service. Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours, ability to lift 50 pounds.
