We will train you on the rest! What you will do to achieve success: Spend 95% of your time in your sales territory, developing relationships and selling tires and value-added lubricants and related products and services Account development, prospecting, and order-taking calls within the commercial, fleet, and industrial sectors (15-20 calls per day) Rigorously follow your general sales itinerary, with a 2-week rotation amongst your accounts Communicate directly with your support teams, including Inside Sales and Customer Service to ensure accurate completion of sales process Profitably grow your sales territory Generate leads, set customer appointments, and anything else needed to grow sales. Track sales progress (sales funnel) through CRM Assist with establishing credit terms and negotiating collection problems as they arise Maintain customer files on all accounts Commit to continuing your education through advanced product knowledge and training, working with manufacturers reps, and attending manufacturer sponsored training classes Evolve your relationship within key accounts from that of an "order-taker" to a "valued business partner"
Qualifications:
3+ years tire sales experience Some college preferred Valid driver's license and clean driving record Must have your own vehicle (we provide monthly allowance for travel expenses)
