Creates and delivers rental invoices and agreements; assists stakeholders in the processing, scheduling and coordination of rental orders and invoices. Responsibilities Develop and maintain customer base, assisting all call-in and walk in customers quickly and efficiently. Provide phone coverage for equipment rentals, sales, transportation and services. Set up and maintain machine and customer history and procedure billings in computer system. Create, review, quote and maintain all rental invoices and agreements with accuracy and timeliness; ensure all necessary details are provided and agreement terms are clear to both customer and company. Assists outside sales representatives, customers and fleet management in the processing of rental orders; scheduling and coordinating fleet resources in cooperation with sales and service departments to meet customer expectations. Develops high output rental and sales of machinery. Conveys the highest quality customer service to all buyers and clients. Works with other sales coordinators, branch managers, dispatchers and shops to ensure the completeness of all paperwork and contractual agreements. Maintains a safety conscious work environment both inside and outside of the store. Coordinates with credit department on customer credit worthiness and account collections. Accurately maintains all equipment and attachment inventories. Qualifications High School education required, college degree preferred. 2-3 years rental industry or sales experience. Excellent planning and problem solving expertise. Highly motivated with excellent self management capabilities.
