Job Description

Sales Representative Responsibilities —
  • Acquire full knowledge of our product line, features and accessories available for purchase
  • Show product in the showroom, at off-site displays or shows, and demonstrate boats on the water
  • Introduce customers to the dealership team to emphasize the quality and efficiency of dealership's service operations
  • Actively participate in boat shows and other off-site promotions
  • Maintain CRM database Sales Representative Qualifications —
  • Motivation to sell
  • Passion for and knowledge of boating
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft products/willingness and ability to learn new software and effectively utilize the internet and social media sites.
  • Ability to follow specific procedures for lead management, sales and closings.
  • Present a professional image
