Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for aerospace customers, providing responsive and professional support throughout the sales process. Manage the inquiry-to-order process, ensuring customer requests are handled accurately and efficiently from initial contact through order placement. Prepare and maintain customer quotations, pricing proposals, and commercial documentation that support business growth. Coordinate with Sales, Product Marketing, Supply Chain, and other internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and timely solutions. Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and sales data within CRM, ERP, and other business systems. Support contract administration activities, including pricing agreements, commercial terms, and logistics-related documentation. Proactively follow up on quotations, sample requests, and new business opportunities to help drive revenue and strengthen customer partnerships.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, industrial, technical sales support, customer service, or another customer-facing business environment. Hands-on experience utilizing CRM, ERP, and business management systems to support commercial activities. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Analytical and problem-solving abilities that help identify solutions and support informed business decisions. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; familiarity with engineering drawings, technical documentation, or aerospace industry requirements is a plus. ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
