We're hiring a Sales Administrative Support Specialist to support our sales team and help keep operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll serve as a key connection between customers, sales, and production, ensuring orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
What You'll Do:
Enter and manage customer orders, quotes, cancellations, and scheduling in SAPSupport the sales team with administrative tasks, reporting, and documentationServe as a point of contact for customers, handling high-volume email communication and providing updatesCoordinate with production, sales, and customers to ensure timely and accurate order processingConfirm pricing, assist with logistics scheduling, and help resolve order-related issuesReview terms and conditions (with training) and follow through with internal teams and customersProvide professional, accurate customer service and supportPerform additional administrative and support duties as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferredAt least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role within a technical or manufacturing environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teamsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detailMust be eligible to work in an ITAR-regulated environment

Minimum Qualifications:
