Job Description

Inside / Outside Sales Position Base wage is $43.5K, plus Commission. Earning potential 55K plus We're looking for a results-driven and high energy sales representative. Will be selling business to business within the Employment Service Industry. Employee will be calling on existing clients as well as cold calling on prospective companies in the Detroit and Downriver areas, by phone and in person. Sales and Marketing Consultant will be reporting daily and operating out of our Michigan office. The successful candidate will be able to work in a team environment growing and managing a territory profitably. Will need to be proficient with operating basic software Responsibilities Present, promote and sell services using solid sales tactics to existing and prospective customers Both inside and outside sales duties along with communication with service staff. Must have the ability to travel daily within the Detroit and Downriver markets Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Reach out to customer leads through cold calling Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends Continuously improve through feedback Skills Proven work experience as a sales representative Excellent knowledge of MS Office Ability to build productive business professional relationships Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs Relationship management skills and openness to feedback BS/BA degree or equivalent #TOL1
Pay:
$43,500.00 - $55,000.00 per year
