. Leads are preassigned across multiple states.
Requirements:
Able to commute and work full time at our Royal Oak office Minimum 3 years of sales experience, inside/call center preferred. Associate's degree or higher preferred. Make a high volume of outbound sales calls to independent pharmacies across multiple states. Ability to easily build rapport, especially in phone communications. Motivated and energetic; excels in a high-support, low-direction environment.

quick learner and excellent critical thinking skills. Embracing a fast-paced, high-growth work environment. Positive, optimistic attitude. Motivated by rewards and recognition for high achievement. Desire to grow in organization and take on new responsibilities and challenges. Experience with CRM systems. Salesforce a plus.
Responsibilities:
Execute out-bound call campaigns to prospective members
Follow-up on in-bound calls or email inquiries from prospects interested in learning more about member offerings. Increase member monthly marketplace utilization for the first six months of membership. Meet or exceed targeted call volumes and monthly sales quotas. Build strong relationships that will set the groundwork for an active member. Work across teams for high level member satisfaction. Participate in monthly group sales meetings. Swiftly multi-task between prospecting and member calls.
