Eaton announced, on January 26, 2026, the intent to separate its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) into an independent, publicly traded company. We expect to complete the separation by the end of the first quarter of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the spinoff closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time. What you'll do: Learn Power Connections products, capabilities and value add options Work as a member of the OEM DRE team to support product and platform launch execution Develop and maintain relationships at multiple levels in the customer base to for Eaton to be strategic Serve as the initial Power Connections face to customer, potentially located onsite at OEM office. Assist Program / Platform teams in defining requirements, design evaluations, and validation Manage Sample Orders, Tracking, and Delivery Manage all projects in OEM engineering project, release, and management systems, acting as the Eaton lead, coordinating all required next steps with the appropriate Eaton cross functional team member(s). Monitor customer project timing and milestones, ensuring Eaton project timing meets the needs of the customer. Identify and escalate gaps to leadership and cross functional team as required. Release Drawings, Part Numbers, write Work Orders, manage 5-Phases, Open Issues Effectively communicate with all other automotive team members to promote the business needs of the territory to foster growth

Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution Experience in sales engineering, applications engineering or similar role, working with OEM's Experience working with EV/High Voltage/Connectors Experience selling terminals, connectors, eyelets and busbars
