Job Description

Job Title:
Sales Coordinator Location:
Southfield, Michigan (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
We are recruiting for a Sales Coordinator opportunity that plays a key part in supporting sales operations and maintaining smooth communication across departments. Our team is looking for a detail-oriented professional who can help manage customer contracts, purchase orders, and pricing activities while delivering strong customer service.
Responsibilities:
Receive, review, and process customer purchase contracts, verifying accuracy and completeness for acceptance. Maintain customer price lists and support pricing updates within internal systems. Manage prototype purchase orders while coordinating with sales, credit, engineering, plant, and customer contacts to support timely delivery. Respond to customer inquiries, analyze data for pricing opportunities, and support sales activities and communication across departments.
Required:
Associate's degree or equivalent. 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative roles. Proficiency in computer systems and software, particularly Microsoft Excel. Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, interpersonal, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills. Ability to learn new systems, adapt to a fast-changing environment, and work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; experience with SharePoint, SAP, and Oracle; knowledge of sales practices; ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and software applications.
