Health Insurance, 401(k) Match, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays Position Summary We are seeking an organized, motivated, and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to support our customers and manufacturing operations. Glycon designs and manufactures feed screws, barrels, feed throats, tips, mixers, and related components for the plastics processing industry. The primary responsibility of this position is preparing quotations, processing orders, and serving as a reliable point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and works well as part of a team. Responsibilities Sales & Customer Support Review customer RFQs and prepare accurate quotations using company pricing guides, historical quotes, and order records. Process purchase orders and prepare customer order confirmations. Enter and maintain quotes, orders, and jobs within JobBOSS software. Respond professionally to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, lead times, and order status. Follow up on outstanding quotations and maintain an organized sales pipeline. Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professionalism, responsiveness, and strong communication. Teamwork & Continuous Learning Learn Glycon products, manufacturing processes, and industry terminology. Work closely with engineering, production, and management to ensure customer needs are met. Communicate effectively with both customers and coworkers and seek assistance when needed. Contribute to a positive team environment and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the organization. Occasionally assist with customer visits, industry events, and trade shows. Travel is limited and occurs on an as-needed basis. Qualifications Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Professional and personable customer-service approach. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). Willingness to learn technical products, manufacturing processes, and ERP software. Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial sales, customer service, quoting, or ERP systems is preferred but not required
