Aftersales Parts Sales Representative | Direct Hire | Tecumseh, MI We're looking for an Aftersales Parts Sales Representative to support customers with replacement parts for industrial equipment. This is primarily an inside sales and customer service role, serving as the first point of contact for aftermarket requests, preparing quotes, processing orders, and following up on sales opportunities. You'll also work closely with internal teams to coordinate service, training, retrofit, and mold-related requests.

Pay:

Up to $65,000 Base + commission

Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM |

Onsite What You'll Do:

Identify customer needs, research replacement parts, prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on open quotes to drive sales. Serve as the primary contact for aftermarket requests, gather necessary customer and machine information, and ensure requests are complete and accurate. Connect customers with the appropriate internal departments for field service, training, equipment rebuilds, retrofits, and mold-related needs. Use Epicor, MFG/PRO, and Salesforce to research machine history, track customer interactions, maintain accurate records, and manage opportunities. Verify pricing, part numbers, configurations, and quote details while assisting with warranty claims and return authorizations (RMAs).

What We're Looking For:

Associate degree or equivalent experience. 1-3 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or parts sales. Experience with industrial equipment or plastics machinery is a plus. Strong attention to detail and the ability to research and identify the correct parts. Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills. Comfortable using ERP and CRM systems, including Epicor, MFG/PRO, or Salesforce. Ability to manage multiple requests and work collaboratively across departments. #

Up to $35.00 per hour
