We work with municipalities, engineers, contractors, and industrial clients to provide reliable fluid-handling solutions that keep water and wastewater systems running. As our business grows, we're looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, customer interaction, and learning about technical equipment. What You'll Do Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email with professionalism and urgency Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and product information Support sales and operations staff with technical documentation, order processing, and scheduling Build relationships with customers, contractors, and vendors Learn and understand pump, valve, and treatment equipment applications (training provided) Work closely with manufacturers to source information and pricing What We're Looking For Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail is a must Previous inside sales, customer service, or office experience preferred Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) A positive, team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn technical products Experience in water/wastewater, industrial, or mechanical fields is a plus (but not required) What We Provide Comprehensive training on products and applications Competitive pay, based on experience and knowledge Supportive team environment with growth opportunities A team-oriented culture where your contribution directly supports both sales and service Full benefits package, including: 401(k) with company match Health and life insurance Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time Schedule Monday - Friday, 730a-430p Full-time, in-office
