Inside Sales Representative:

Engage with customers and prospects to identify needs and recommend products and solutions Support outside sales representatives with order management and customer service Maintain knowledge of lumber and home improvement products Manage customer accounts including inquiries, order processing, returns/credits, and open orders Provide guidance on small-scale construction projects such as decks, garages, windows, and doors Assist with daily store or yard operations as needed Deliver a professional and positive customer experience What You Need to Bring to the

Inside Sales Representative Role:
