$42,000-$60,000 About the Role Join a growing construction sales and marketing team as a Lead Qualification Specialist . You'll manage inbound and outbound leads, qualify opportunities, and support marketing campaigns that drive new business. This role blends sales support , lead generation , and customer relationship management in a fast‑paced construction environment. Key Responsibilities Contact and qualify new leads through phone, email, and digital channels Explain company construction services, products, and project capabilities to prospective clients Gather project details including scope, budget, timeline, and decision process Maintain accurate lead data and activity tracking in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to route qualified opportunities Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events that generate construction leads Identify common customer needs and trends to inform future marketing strategies Qualifications Experience in construction sales , lead generation , or marketing support Strong communication, listening, and relationship‑building skills Organized and detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities Familiarity with construction terminology, project types, and client needs Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Previous experience with a construction company, contractor, or supplier preferred Why Join Us You'll be part of a collaborative, growth‑focused team that values initiative and professionalism.
