Roofing Sales Representative

Overview We are looking for an experienced roofing sales rep who wants to get paid more for the work they are already doing. We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience selling 1 million or more in the past 5 years. Compensation plan 17% commision on the contract amount at signing 10% paid when ACV check is received 7% paid when the final payment is received Bonuses, each bonus is paid when the bonus sales tier is fully collected. 250k sales $2,500 500k sales $5,000 1 million sales $10,000 1.5 million sales $15,000 2 million sales $20,000 2.5 million sales $25,000 Company responsibilities: Of course you are welcome to be on site during builds to make more sales in the neighborhood. This is not required. We will have a customer experience liaison on site to take care of each jobsite and customer. You will not have to worry about project management. The company will handle all work after the ACV check is received including. Permitting Coordinating material delivery Scheduling the crew Protecting the job site with the Catch All Final walkthrough Supplements and invoicing Collecting final payment Sales Rep Duties Storm damage initial inspection Meet with insurance adjuster Work with the homeowner and insurance company to get denials and partial repairs approved for replacement Go over insurance paperwork and sign contract Collect ACV check Fill out a material sheet for the job while on site to detail material that needs to be ordered. Upload or drop off contract and material sheet Drop off ACV check at the Ironclad Construction office
