EPSCO is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Brainerd, Minnesota. From our local office, we help companies across the country create safer workplaces through Arc Flash Studies, Infrared Scanning, and Electrical Safety Training. This is an opportunity to join a fast growing company where your work directly supports our mission of protecting people and creating safer workplaces. You will connect with prospective customers, uncover their electrical safety needs, and help them take the next step toward finding the right solution. What You Will Do Research, contact, and qualify inbound leads Execute outbound calling and email campaigns using established outreach strategies Identify new business opportunities and connect with prospective customers Schedule Safety Conversations for Arc Flash engineering studies Provide pricing information for stand alone On Site Safety Training Schedule proposal meetings with prospective Safety Training customers Research and update customer and contact information for future campaigns Reengage previous opportunities and customers who may benefit from EPSCO's services Maintain accurate and organized records of outreach and customer activity Collaborate with local and remote team members to support company growth What We Are Looking For Two to five years of business to business sales experience (not required) Experience selling engineering services, compliance services, or professional training is preferred Strong phone, email, and relationship building skills Confidence starting conversations and following up consistently A motivated and goal focused approach Strong organization and attention to detail A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn Alignment with EPSCO's core values of Safety, Diligence, and Collaboration Why Join EPSCO?
