We became Minnesota's First Shaw Design Center in 2004. Today, we are proud to provide flooring and installation to the entire Twin City Metro and Suburbs. Our mission is to be a one-stop shop for quality carpet, hardwood, luxury vinyl, and laminate flooring, and area rugs with a focus on quality, style, and customer satisfaction. Our work environment includes:

Relaxed atmosphere Flexible working hours The Design Consultant is responsible for qualifying prospective leads, scheduling in-home consultations, presenting product selections, assisting clients with color and style options to meet their design needs, and assisting in other duties as assigned to support the sales, design, and service processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

Schedule in-home consultations Assist client with color and style selections Process sales orders Data entry Present product selections in homes Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED equivalency required Interior decorating experience/sales required Minimum 1 year sales experience Professional in-person and phone presence Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally Strong customer service skills Ability to work in a team environment Time management and efficiency a must Must be able to work some Saturdays Must have valid driver's license
