Sales Representative - Lawn & Garden, Utility Tractors Midwest Machinery Co. 320-257-4032 Sales Representative - Lawn & Garden and Utility Tractors - Build Relationships, Drive Results Midwest Machinery Co. (MMC) is a fast-growing, family-owned John Deere dealership with 29 locations across Minnesota and western Wisconsin. We take pride in supporting our employees and customers with a strong team environment and opportunities for growth. The Position We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative who enjoys working with people and delivering equipment solutions that meet their needs. This role focuses on selling new and used lawn and garden equipment and utility tractors through both in-store and outside sales efforts. You'll build and manage your own customer base, developing relationships, identifying needs, and guiding customers through the sales process from first conversation to close. Success in this role comes from strong product knowledge, communication, and the ability to turn opportunities into long-term customer relationships. Purpose The focus of this role is to provide customers with the right equipment solutions while supporting dealership growth.
