WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

You will meet homeowners and guide them through one of the most important investments in their home. This is a professional sales role where you will: Meet with homeowners, inspect roofs, and identify storm damage Walk customers through the insurance claim process step by step Present clear, value-driven solutions and earn signed agreements Train weekly with leaders who are invested in your growth Every conversation builds confidence, skill, and earning potential.

EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH

First Year:

$75,000 - $90,000

Second Year and Beyond:

$100,000+ for every returning rep

Top Residential Reps:

$150,000 - $160,000+

Commercial Sales:
