Job Description

Business Development Coordinator - Bidding & Specifications We're looking for a driven Business Development Coordinator to support our Capital Equipment Sales team. In this role, you'll uncover new bid opportunities, build strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and architects, and help us win business on new construction and remodel projects. You'll manage the bidding and specification process from start to finish—researching opportunities, preparing proposals, ensuring bid accuracy, and following up to strengthen future success.
What You'll Do:
Identify bid opportunities through public bid sites, publications, and networking Act as the go-to resource for contractors and engineers on pricing and specs Prepare accurate bids, proposals, and supporting documents under tight deadlines Partner with Sales to respond to capital equipment inquiries and maximize sales Build lasting relationships with key industry partners to drive ongoing business
What We're Looking For:
3-5 years of experience in capital equipment sales, bidding, or project coordination Technical knowledge of capital or mechanical equipment (HVAC/industrial a plus) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive under deadlines Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred If you're looking for growth potential, proactive, customer-focused, and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced environment—we'd love to hear from you!
