About 48 States Equipment We're a growing portable yard ramp distributor in Elk River, MN, serving warehouses and logistics operations across all 48 states. Lean team, strong products, and steady inbound demand. We need a sharp, friendly Sales Technician to turn that demand into happy customers. About the Role You'll be the voice of 48 States Equipment. Every inbound customer talks to you first, and you walk them from their first question all the way to a delivered ramp. No cold calls. Every lead comes to you already interested. What You'll Do Answer inbound calls and emails from interested customers Understand their needs and recommend the right ramp (product training and sales script provided) Guide each customer from inquiry to delivery Send accurate quotes and invoices, fast Coordinate with our Shipping Manager to hit delivery deadlines Keep our lead management software organized and current Operate a forklift for occasional loading and unloading (training provided, temporary as we grow the team) What We're Looking For Strong phone and written communication. Friendly and helpful. Highly organized. You can juggle many leads without dropping any. Sharp attention to detail on quotes, invoices, and customer info Quick to pick up new software (we use ClickUp) Self-starter who owns each customer from first call to delivered ramp Reliable and punctual Forklift experience a plus, or willingness to be trained Inside sales, customer service, or B2B sales experience preferred but not required Requirements High School Diploma or GED Reliable transportation Strong computer skills (Google Drive, Gmail, Excel) Customer service experience Pay $20/hr plus commission on every sale
