  • Full-time Recreational Supply Corporation (RSC) is a recreational trailer distributor based in Forest Lake, MN.
For more than 30 years, we've proudly supported a strong network of dealership partners across the Upper Midwest. We value long‑term relationships, integrity, and a team‑oriented approach to serving our dealers. We're looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team and help grow an established multi‑state territory. If you enjoy building relationships, working independently, and being part of a supportive, family‑run organization, this could be a great fit. What You'll Do Manage and grow a well‑established dealer territory throughout parts of Minnesota and the four surronding states. Build strong relationships with dealership owners and managers Prospect and onboard new dealer accounts Conduct regular dealership visits and sales calls Attend trade shows and industry events Your ability to grow existing accounts and secure new dealership partners will directly influence your earning potential. When you're not traveling, you'll be based in our Forest Lake office, staying connected with the team and supporting day‑to‑day operations. This role is ideal for someone with experience in trailer, powersports, or marine dealership sales who enjoys a mix of travel, relationship‑building, and hands‑on territory management. Compensation Compensation is structured to reward experience and performance; candidates with strong sales achievements or proven new-business development success will be considered for higher starting pay. A commission structured incentive plan that allows for substantial compensation gains. Qualifications & Experience Proven outside sales experience required; B2B experience strongly preferred Trailer, powersports, or marine dealership sales experience preferred Valid driver's license Comfortable with regional travel, including some weekday overnights to visit and support our dealer partners. Personal vehicle capable of towing a trailer up to 5,000 lbs.
