Sales Representative - Inside Sales

Summary of Duties:

Inside sales, vehicle accessories sales, helping walk-in customers, scheduling installation appointments, taking incoming phone calls, replying to online inquires, tracking open orders, customer service, customer follow-up, data entry, organization of product and product information.

Essential Job Functions:

Sell vehicle accessories and continuously increase product knowledge Responsible for entry of sales orders. Manage sales order until installed and invoiced. Responsible for Contacting customers when parts come in. Responsible for scheduling installations and customer appointments. Track and manage open orders Consistently check and respond to online inquiries using CRM Work events and shows as needed Assist with showfloor organization and cleanliness

Qualifications:

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

Retail Sales, Automotive Accessories, Vehicle Sales, Car Dealership Sales Computer Skills:

Outlook, Excel, Data Entry (Epicor), CRM System (Hubspot)
