Consistently hunt for new business through prospecting, networking, and cold outreach Take full ownership of your pipeline—from first contact to close Identify client needs and deliver effective, solution-based sales presentations Build and maintain long-term relationships that lead to repeat business Stay proactive in the market—continuously identifying and pursuing new opportunities

What You Bring:

A true hunter mindset—you're motivated to go out and win new business Confidence initiating conversations and opening doors with new clients Strong work ethic and a results-driven approach to sales Self-motivation and the ability to operate independently in the field Competitive nature with a focus on meeting and exceeding goals Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally

What You'll Receive:

Base salary of $50,000 plus uncapped commission Ongoing training, coaching, and professional development Incentives and recognition for strong performance
