COMMERCIAL BUSINESS DEVELOPER
Outdoor Excapes | Commercial Maintenance & Snow Division If you still need someone else to light a fire under you every morning, this probably isn't your seat. But if you like the hunt, like competition, and like building real relationships that turn into real revenue — keep reading. Outdoor Excapes is hiring a Commercial Business Developer to help grow our Commercial Snow, Maintenance, and Enhancement divisions. This is a true hunter role. We're looking for someone who can: prospect build trust follow up walk properties solve problems and close business If hearing "go build it" gets you more excited than nervous, you'll probably like it here.

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Our commercial growth strategy is simple: Win the snow relationship. Grow the maintenance relationship. Build long-term value through enhancements. This role is about building real, long-term commercial relationships — not chasing one-off jobs. You'll have the chance to create momentum and build something meaningful inside a company with a lot of runway.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll generate and close new commercial opportunities in: Snow Landscape Maintenance Enhancements Core responsibilities: prospecting and outreach networking and relationship-building site visits and property walks proposal development closing You'll own the process from first conversation to signed contract. You'll also stay involved in Year 1 to help ensure: strong onboarding clear communication client confidence future growth opportunities We don't do the "sell it and disappear" thing.
ACCOUNTABILITY
This role has a weekly scorecard. You'll be measured on: prospecting activity follow-up meetings opportunities created pipeline proposals closed sales You'll have autonomy — but also clear expectations. Because autonomy without accountability is just underperformance with a better excuse.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
