We do this by talking to truck drivers, communicating professionally with our clients, negotiating rates with carriers, and organizing all of the related details. Soft skills like grit, kindness, coolness under pressure, curiosity, and a "can do" attitude are essential. Experience is not . You will need to be able to juggle competing priorities, communicate effectively, and generally be a detailed person. We will teach you how to broker if you have these soft skills. This can also become a salesperson roll if you have the determination to sell. Being a broker at Trucker Logistics ultimately has a ceiling because you can only broker so many loads efficiently. That is why we incentivize brokers to learn how to sell. Selling also involves having the soft skills mentioned earlier. Selling is ultimately a skill that an individual has to hone and perfect themselves, but Trucker Logistics gives you the industry knowledge, resources, and support to succeed. BENEFITS & COMPENSATION

Starting salary is $55,000 plus uncapped brokering and sales commission paid quarterly (roughly $60,000-$65,000 per year on average without any sales commission) Unlimited vacation - Within reason, proper communication with your team and branch leader is required.
