We are seeking a motivated Showroom Assistant to support daily showroom operations in a fast-paced, design-focused environment. This entry-level, post-graduate role is ideal for a recent graduate in architecture, interior design, or a related field who is looking to gain hands-on experience within a premium showroom setting. The position offers exposure to high-end Italian design products, client interaction, and project support while working closely with the design and sales team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. This role plays an important part in maintaining showroom presentation standards, assisting with client inquiries, and supporting administrative and design-related tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day showroom operations, ensuring the space is organized, clean, and aligned with brand presentation standards. Assist with client reception, including greeting visitors, responding to inquiries, and directing them to appropriate team members. Provide administrative and project support to the design and sales team, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up tasks. Assist in preparing showroom materials, product samples, and presentation resources for client meetings. Help maintain accurate records of client interactions, project details, and showroom inventory. Coordinate sample handling, shipments, and deliveries as needed. Support the team in updating and maintaining product displays and showroom layouts. Assist with general office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (recent graduate preferred). Strong interest in contemporary design and high-end interior systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Professional demeanor with a client-focused approach. Willingness to learn and take initiative in supporting team needs. Education:
