The Role We're looking for a business development specialist to build and strengthen relationships across the commercial construction industry. You'll represent AW in the market and report to our General Manager. What you'll do Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, architects, and owners Represent AW at industry events and networking functions Lead lunch-and-learns and client presentations Work with our estimating and project management teams to win projects What you bring Confidence meeting new people and starting conversations Self-motivated, organized, and consistent with follow-up Sales, business development, or construction experience is a plus (we'll teach you window treatments) Why AW?
