As a Showroom Sales & Design Consultant, you'll help customers bring their dream spaces to life through personalized design support and expert guidance. From color selections to product recommendations, you'll be the face of the customer experience. At the heart of this role is our mission: To deliver customer-oriented satisfaction through a partnership approach — because we don't just care about the final product, we care about the experience. You'll be part of a collaborative, creative team that's passionate about design and customer connection. Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one design consultations in our showroom Ask questions to understand customer needs, goals, and style Recommend materials, colors, and layouts using samples and inspiration tools Build meaningful, lasting relationships with every customer Stay current with design trends, materials, pricing, and installation knowledge Maintain showroom appearance and assist with daily operations (phones, samples, organizing, opening/closing) Handle multiple customers and priorities at once with professionalism What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills A passion for design, creativity, and problem-solving Experience in customer service, retail, or sales Team player who's reliable, adaptable, and collaborative Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent Able to lift and move product samples as needed
