Founded in 2016, Victory has been recognized on the Inc. 5000 list for three consecutive years and currently services more than 200 facilities. We are hiring an organized, persistent, and research-oriented Sales Development Representative to help create qualified opportunities for our outside business development team. Position Overview This is an office-based outbound appointment-setting position. Your primary responsibility will be identifying qualified companies, finding the appropriate decision-makers, conducting outbound outreach, and scheduling qualified appointments for our outside business development managers. You will not travel, conduct site walkthroughs, prepare proposals, or close sales. Your job is to create qualified first conversations and ensure the outside sales team has accurate information before pursuing an opportunity. This position also requires excellent CRM discipline. You will become a HubSpot power user responsible for maintaining accurate prospect information, organizing outreach, managing sequences and tasks, and ensuring every prospect has a clearly documented next step. Primary Responsibilities Conduct consistent outbound calling and emailing to prospective commercial clients. Schedule qualified appointments and site walkthroughs for outside business development managers. Research target companies and determine whether they are appropriate prospects. Identify facility managers, property managers, operations leaders, owners, and other relevant decision-makers. Navigate gatekeepers and corporate structures to obtain accurate contact information. Confirm basic qualification information before scheduling an appointment. Create and maintain accurate company and contact records in HubSpot. Use HubSpot lists, tasks, sequences, lifecycle stages, and follow-up processes effectively. Document all calls, emails, research, outcomes, and next steps. Clean, update, and enrich existing CRM records. Reengage previously contacted prospects and older opportunities. Coordinate clean handoffs to outside business development managers. Track appointment outcomes and the revenue generated from sourced opportunities. What Success Looks Like A consistent number of qualified appointments are scheduled and held. Appointments are with appropriate decision-makers at qualified facilities. Outside salespeople receive complete and accurate information before meetings. Prospects are followed up with consistently rather than being forgotten. HubSpot records are accurate, complete, and properly organized. Outreach activity results in measurable pipeline and recurring revenue. Qualifications Previous outbound B2B appointment-setting, sales development, telemarketing, or lead-generation experience. Demonstrated ability to find difficult-to-locate decision-makers and contact information. Strong telephone communication skills and confidence making outbound calls. Proficiency with HubSpot or a comparable CRM; direct HubSpot experience is strongly preferred. Experience using CRM sequences, lists, tasks, filters, and activity tracking. Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through. Comfortable working independently in a structured, activity-driven environment. Ability to research companies, facilities, ownership structures, and management relationships. Persistent and resourceful without being overly aggressive. Comfortable being measured on activity, qualified appointments, CRM accuracy, and sourced results.
Compensation Base salary:

Commission:
% of one month's recurring revenue for each new account resulting from an appointment sourced by the SDR. Expected commissions of $10,000 - 15,000 annually This Role May Be a Good Fit If You Enjoy the challenge of finding the right person inside an organization.
